I had an idea this morning of how to find the issue with adding breeder/owner to dogs. This idea seemed to be the key to finding the hard to track issue. With a quick remedy added to the code, I believe I finally corrected this issue.
Let me know if it still persists or created new issues.

There are still some issues with adding a person from the navigation menu at top of the page. I have removed it until I can get it to work correctly.
