Permission changes

Today after noticing that the search engine searches were making the software think that dogs were being changed and showing up in Newest Dogs. I have made some permission changes on some key locations within the software. If you have lost access to any portion that you had access before, please let me know ASAP. No data has been affected as of yet, but I do not want them to be able to do so.
